People who come for healing sessions are often looking for relief from physical or emotional pain, disaffection with life, or they are looking for guidance in relationships, work, or general life balance.  

During my sessions I invite you to lie down and close your eyes.  I help you enter into a meditation and then I enter into a meditation of my own to connect with my Spirit Guide.  I will start often with working with the energies around your body and offer an opening message.  From there, depending on the situation, you might want to engage in conversation with the Spirit Guide or continue to focus on the energy healing. At the end of the session I might offer a Spirit Song to take with you.  See below for the explanation of each aspect

Hands on/Hands off Healing

My healing consists in helping the body open to the energy of consciousness flow freely and harmoniously.  Often I use the guidelines of "chakras" or energy channels as a framework to help with the understanding of what is happening in the body.  If the complaint is physical I might lay my hands gently on your body to harmonize the vibrations of the area affected.  ​Otherwise my hands might hover slightly over you.  If the session is over the phone, I will be "seeing" you laying down in front of me as I work on you.  Those who had sessions over the phone report the same results and as those who had them in person.

Spirit Song

My Spirit Guide will often offer a Spirit Song at the end of the session.  The song is meant as a sort of mantra. It carries the energy and intention of the healing session in it so you may access it when not in the session. The song will often have simple and direct words.  I record the song and invite you to sing it with me a couple of times so that it "sticks" with you.

Spirit Guide

My Spirit Guide is available to offer messages and guidance on any aspect of your healing journey.  During the sessions he will often start with a message and as the session progresses you can engage in conversation or bring your own questions. 

Meditation and Other Practices

During the session the Spirit Guide might recommend and or guide you in a particular meditation or other process, if he believes it will be particularly helpful to you.  The process or meditation might be known or it might be a customized experience for you.

Cost

Sessions can be over the phone.  Cost per individual session is $150 and they normally last for 45min to an hour and a half.  If you want to do a session in person, click the in person session and provide your information.  I will contact you to confirm.
