MindfulnessMindfulness in pali, the language of the Buddha, means awareness. Though emphasized in Buddhism, mindfulness is a necessary ingredient in all spiritual paths and any psychological transformation.
My path over the last 20 years, was guided and created through the practice of Mindfulness. While using an eclectic tool box to transform different aspects of self, Mindfulness has always been the common denominator. |

Music as a Mirror
Music has been used as a tool for transformation across the ages. Cultures have used music to induce states of trance, to elevate, to worship, to heal, to go to war, and to create magic.
In my own life, music has always been a portal to the heart of mindfulness, the deeper silence of the moment free from the interference of the mind. |
Integration
As a musician I experienced the transformational power of music firsthand. Whether chanting, singing, playing an instrument, or listening, music has enriched my practice of Mindfulness. My songs started to reflect my inner journeys and my experience of self-connection and the songs also became a vehicle to create spaces of reflection and contemplation for others. At the same time, I found music to be the perfect metaphor for the expression of mindfulness in the world. How, when we walk awake, we create a silent music capable of reaching everyone around us.
Through meditation, contemplation, sound and music, my mission is to help people live their lives from a more connected and peaceful place when facing life's challenges.
